Mobile invasion in Latin America

For quite a while, strong rumors about a supposed “Mobile invasion” are heard. If we consider that only in the first half of 2014, the use of mobile devices has grown by 61% throughout Latin America, we understand that those rumors are a reality

Currently the use of mobile technology represents over 25% of total annual traffic of Internet and growing every year. In a report by local guide (online shopping guide largest in Latin America), the visits from mobile devices (smartphones and tablets) for the first half 2014 with the same period in 2013 and compared the results were conclusive: desktop computers fell by 11.3%, cell grew by 70.1% and tablets 32%.
